The apartment house ‘Orpheus’ features an original design and lies in the southeast of the town of Bansko. It is located on the front row of buildings facing the Pirin mountain and is 1500 m from the lift. It is close to the ring road and the main road to Greece.
The west and south views from the ‘Orheus’ building are at the most beautiful parts of Pirin mountain- the peaks Todorka, Vihren, Suhodol and Muratov- an especially rare view. The other side looks at the Rila and Rhodope mountains.
The apartment house is designed according to a four star classification system and comprises:
The flooring in the foyer and stairs is granite, in the corridors is decorative stone, in the kitchens and dining rooms is ceramic tiles and the living rooms and bedrooms is a high quality wood laminate. The bathrooms are finished with terracotta tiles, suspended ceiling and sanitary equipment. The kitchens are equipped with cabinets, fridges and electrical hobs. The dining rooms are furnished with sofas, tables and shelves. The bedrooms are furnished with beds, bedside tables and wardrobes. The apartment house will be managed and maintained by the constructing company and will offer non- stop security and reception desk operation, maintenance of the common parts and spa, green areas, simple repairs, transportation to the lift, organising of tours and other services if requested and agreed upon.
There is a possibility, subject to a separate contract being signed, for the rent of the apartments as the company has good contacts with tour operators from Bulgaria and other countries.
